Description
Beef Jerky LAARS Jerky is made fresh to order! We offer 4 varieties: Original, Original w/ Cracked Black Pepper, Hot and Hot w/ Cracked Black Pepper. Please specify variety and total number of ounces of each desired at end of auction. Allow a 4-5 day marinating/cooking time before shipping. LAARS Jerky is made from a recipe I created and have mastered for family and friends over the past 23 years. I have mostly made jerky as a hobby and because we like to eat it. Family and friends always rave about it being the "best flavored jerky they have ever tasted". I loved to "tweak" the process each time I made jerky and believe I now have a great product that is not only tender, unlike traditional jerky, but is full of flavor and without the use of liquid smoke. Real Hickory wood chips are used in the cooking/flavoring process. Each batch is prepared with attention to the details, dedication to a mouth watering outcome and pride for the end result. My children have now taken interest in the process and I look forward to teaching them the important skill to build my hobby into something more sustainable so I can do what I enjoy doing each and every day.
