Each drapery pair has a 42" face width, with 4" returns on each side, no overlap - the panels will butt together on your rod, and the length is 90" long.  That means each pair will fully cover your window if your window is up to 42" wide.  If your windows are wider than 42", then each pair can be used as stationary side panels.
