I built this stand 3 years ago out of Maple and stained it to match our living room furniture.  The whole unit measures 38" wide by 23" deep 55" high.  There are two filters - a Rena Filstar XP3 & Custom Made Wet-dry sump w/ 3 gallons of blue bioballs.  There is an inline waterheater installed in plumbing from the rena filter. Winning bidder must take fish, there is currently 1 Clown Loach, 4 Yellow Labs and 5 metriclama greshaikes.  Undergravel jets have been installed underneath a bed of sand.  All rocks/fake plants are included.  It is difficult to see in the pictures but there is a styrofoam background installed .  Condition - The equipment, tank and fish are all in excellent condition.  The stand is structurally sound, but there are scratches along on the edge of the front piece of maple, where my cats used to jump up the tank.  These scratches didn't show up in the pictures and aren't deep into the wood, a little sanding and some stain would remove them.  I purchased the doors here on ebay and some of the veneer on the inside of one cracked.  There are a two small scratches on the inside glass of the tank - most probably would never notice they are there. There is also a powerstrip and lighting timer included in the setup. Please ask any questions you may have.  Obviously this is local pickup only.  I will help dismantle the tank and load.  I can't stress enough, that these are awesome fish and they deserve to go to a good home.  If you have no interest in the fish, please do not bid.  I have well over 2K invested in this setup!
