Sold as is. The tub is in good condition, but it was kept out doors, so there is some fading to the outside of it and to the cover. The tub has no mechanincal problems, we just don't have the time to enjoy it. There are wooden steps included with it as well as our supply of our chemical cabinet and if needed the elcetric circuit pannel box is included, but will need help dismanteling it. We have all original paperwork ,manual ,starter kit ,etc...included. There is also 3 colors you can choose for the light in the tub. There is also a built in cooler and cup holders for your drinks around the tub. The tub never had any problems,and we are getting rid of it for someone else to enjoy that has the time.:) It is sold as is, no refunds, local pick up only. Any questions, need more pics, please email me.
