All the upholstery on the chairs is in excellent condition. Dining Table Information: The beautiful stately mahogany dining table is adapted from a card table, circa 1810, found in the music room of the Nathaniel Russell House in Charleston, SC. Its rectangular top is adorned with a banded veneer border and rests on an impressive double pedestal base. Dimensions: 70"W x 46"D x 29"H Also has three extensions measuring 18 1/2" Wide each. All in the Standard Finish.Table was purchased in 1993. Has Been Kept in a smoke free home. Only gently used in last two years. Three extensions not ever used. ~ PLEASE NOTE ~ One extension recently suffered minor water damage at its end from storage, however, appears as slightly darker in finish on top. Sideboard Information:The mahogany bowfront sideboard is reproduced from an English Hepplewhite original circa 1790, found in a historic private Charleston, SC house. Double banded inlays grace the top, while two maple fans adorn the front. The drawers are decorated with rich canted and cornered linework, and are supported by tapered, inlaid legs with spade feet. Dimensions: 67 1/2"W x 26"D x 38"H. Standard Finish.The sideboard was purchased in 1993 and kept in a smoke free home. Gently used with minor wear. Shield Back Arm Chair Information:The four shield back arm chairs are reproduced from an American made chair (circa 1790) located at the Joseph Manigault House owned by the Charleston, SC Museum. The mahagony shield back side chair features a pierced back splat with intricately carved designs and tapered reeded legs with spade feet. Dimensions: 20 1/2"W x 24 1/2"D x 39"H. Standard finish. Shield Back Arm Chair Information: The two shield back arm chairs are reproduced from an American-made chair (circa 1790) located at the Joseph Manigault House owned by the Charleston, SC Museum. The mahogany shield back arm chair features delicate S-scrolled arms with carved rosettes and tapered legs with spade feet. Dimensions: 26"W x 24"D x 39"H. Standard finish. ~ PLEASE NOTE ~All chairs are covered in Fabric #68-233, a Jewel toned stripe of green, red, gold and blue. Fabric has been soil shielded and has no stains. All chairs were purchased in 1999 and show minor wear with one chair having a minor knick in it. Also Included: Are the table pads, Baker Furniture Book and Tape About the Historic Charleston.I have made every effort to fairly and accurately describe the pieces for sale.
