It is missing one of the “rods”(Chute Crank Rod Assembly) that extends to you to turn the direction of the snow being thrown (I think) if you are looking at it from behind it is the left “rod”(Chute Crank Rod Assembly) that is missing. I have a manual in PDF form which lists the parts and how to get replacements. Sears website has the item for $1199 and more detailed info if you want to check it out. I don’t know how shipping works with an item that weighs as much as this does, if anyone has some ebay shipping advice it would be much appreciated. As for now I guess it will be listed as local pickup only, but email me if you want it shipped and I can change the add.       The following is taken from the sears website.
