4.3 OUNCES OF # 1,s DRIED PORCINI From the Blue Mountains of Northeastern Oregon. These are all picked fresh, then dried. From our 2008 Mushroom season. They are also called King Boletes, depending on where one lives.Picture is of 4.3 ounces dried. This is the best mushroom that I like to use when I'm cooking a meat type of dish. The porcini has a strong rich flavor, mildly salty taste, and is much prized in Europe. I also like to add this to my gravy, soups and such. We vacuum seal all our dried product to seal in the freshness. No ziploc bags or sandwich bags here.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with my mushrooms, let me know and I will resolve it at once. My feedback is base on my service to all. ENJOY
