Its possible it could be rebuilt or it may need a new short block. All external components look to be in good condition. I did not tear down for full inspection. It has internal damage. At least one one rod is broken, the block may also be damaged. I could not see the sides of block because of sheet metal covering sides of engine. Looks like a Briggs & Stratton engine with overhead valve Engine Model 303775  Type 0120-01 4011  Code  88082511 Also outer cabinet will need some paint work, not rusty but has over spray on it.
