We are a professional auction company in Alabaster, Alabama and have sold Real Estate, Business Assets, Estates and Equipment for over 25 years. Please read my 100% positive feedback on high ticket items and bid with confidence. We are offering this golf course equipment as one lot (10 items). A local golf course in our area was foreclosed on and Pearce & Associates Auctioneers has been commissioned to sell this equipment package for them. The initial finance package was well over $100,000 for these pieces of equipment in their entirety. The new golf course owners have offered the bank $39,000 for this package. Our starting bid is what we currently have offered. It will sell to the highest bidder above that. If no offers are recieved, then the current golf course owners will win the bid. All of this equipment was inspected by me and appears to be in good operating condition. Most of this equipment is being used by this golf course to maintain the property.
