Lift gate service is included in the shipping so you don't have to worry about getting the hot tub off of the truck by yourself. The shipping company is both capable and willing to place your hot tub in your backyard for an additional fee (In most areas). When they contact you (the buyer) for delivery, you can arrange this. Home Improvement Outlet does not prepay backyard delivery. The shipping company will not install the hot tub; installation is the buyer's responsibility. Delivery destination must be tractor-trailer accessible, if not, additional charges may apply. In some areas additional fees for Ferry and Toll Roads may apply. The shipping company will contact the buyer directly regarding additional fees. All additional fees are COD. Someone will need to be home to assist in accepting tailgate delivery at residence. You must to look closely at the shipping crate, packaging and spa cover before the spa is accepted. Any damage not noted upon delivery is considered concealed damage and may not be covered under the shipping insurance. Do not let the delivery drivers leave until you have inspected the entire tub. They cannot leave without your signature. If they do, they may not cover any concealed shipping damage later.
