Delivery times are Monday to Friday. 95% of of sales are sent out next day, some even same day, except for weekend orders. Any items brought between P.M. Friday, and sometimes late Thursday, and P.M. Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday. If you require your item quickly this can sometimes be arranged but is not guaranteed, please feel free to e-mail me if you require this. I can, at extra cost, send by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is " Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm ". Once I have dispatched your item it is then in the hands of the delivery company. Please allow 7 days before reporting items not delivered, except in the case of Special Delivery items, and it may be that it can take up to 28 days as the Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until then. International items may take a little longer and the Royal Mail recommend that a period of 56 days pass before making a claim. Goods will only be sent when ALL funds have cleared.   Returns All New Items, have a full Return to Base 90 day Warranty, except items that can be refused on Hygiene grounds, i.e. Body jewellery, underwear, disposable items ect. All items will be replaced upon receipt of the faulty item only. Any items that are received faulty or damaged must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt. This Warranty dose not apply to clearance items and this will be clearly mentioned in the individual listing.
