With this system, you can build the structure yourself and/or contract out work you don't want to do (see items 1-5 below). We provide wall panel system, mesh, & equipment for the kit, but you'll have additional costs. We ususally figure costs associated w/building the structure are to double cost of the kit to calculate the total cost of your finished project, which also includes: 1. excavation 2. gravel (which needs to be placed & compacted in excavated area prior to setting panels & again later in the construction phase behind the walls) 3. plastering the foam panels (2 coats of structural plaster w/a polystyrene mesh embedded between the 1st & 2nd coats) and after the panels have been plastered to cure properly you should spray or mist down the panels on both sides for about 5-7 days 4. pour a 4" concrete floor & ringbeam around the pool 5. a small amount of plumbing & electrical is needed The pool wall system is made of polystyrene foam panels 48" tall, 40" long, 4" thick and are numbered & notched for easy assembly in the desired pool design.
