Description

Main building has about 100m² living area and 9m² verandah with windows. Other buildings are, sauna with hut 30m², lovely small shack and three separate storehouses. Island is solar powered, but possible to get 220 volts. Island has it’s own well. Surrounding waters are clear and excellent for fishing. Own privacy is guaranteed. Island is about 800 meters from deep waterways and is reachable also from the sea. Maximum length of yachts through Saimaa canal is up to 80 meters. Island is rich in trees, mainly pine tree stand.
