LOUIS VUITTON PET CARRIER ** VIINTAGE** Start Price USD 50.00 Current Price USD 600.00 Time Left - Bid Count 9 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, October 01, 2008 End Time Wednesday, October 08, 2008 Location Fillmore, CA See more about 'LOUIS VUITTON PET CARRIER ** VIINTAGE**' Description  You are looking at a Vintage Louis Vuitton Pet Carrier.  I think it is from the 70's or near that time frame.  I received this pet carrier from a Family Estate but my little dog is gone so I need to share this with someone.  I was never able to use it and it looks like it was seldom used before.  It is in near perfect condition, which is impressive I think.  Some of the brass needs to be polished and I do see just a few scratches on the brass, but need to mention them.  At first I didn't notice them.  The leather is wonderful also, you can see that it may have been used a few times but no more I am sure.  I can't say perfect because I do see a couple of tiny scratches on an edge..  Even the leather handle is perfect.  The stitching is perfect also.  I can't say enough nice things about this bag!Measurements are approx. 16 inches long, 9 inches wide and 10 3/4 inches tall.  This does not include the handle which is 16 inches long.  The Zipper closes easily and then latches into a brass closure on the bottom.The leather oval on the front does not have initials engraved on it so you can add your own or your dogs.The inside label is framed in leather and covered with plastic.  It reads;LOUIS VUITTONPARIS, FRANCEMANUFACTURED BYTHE FRENCH CO. U.S.A.UNDER SPECIAL LICENSEThe bottom of the carrier matches the rest of the bag and has little brass feet which look like they have never been put down.  No wear that I can seeI put in Ebay calculations for shipping using Priority Mail, if you wish to use Parcel Post let me know and I will recalculate for you.  If shipping is more than calculations I will absorb the difference.  I will also use Delivery Confirmation and Insure the package.  If shipping is less than listed I will refund the excess.The perfect gift for your small dog or your friends small dog.Good luck bidding!
