See more about 'Log Home Railings 30 X 96 $726 Free Shipping AJD Design' Description The overall size of this panel is approx. 30 inches tall and 96 inches long.   It is cut from 3/16 thick Pickled and oiled steel plate which is 50% thicker than 10ga sheet metal that other suppliers use.  We have about 6,000 lbs of 60 X 96 inch P/O steel plates left that we purchased from our steel supplier at a discount so we are offering a discount on these panels.  If you buy one of these panels at our regular price of $726, each additional 30 X 96 inch panel, such as the panels in pictures 2 and 3 will be discounted $100 each.  All of the panels must go to the same address and be shipped at the same time.  Please see additional shipping limitations below.  We only use P/O steel plate.  It is about 20% higher in cost than regular hot rolled steel plate but it produces a flatter, cleaner panel to be powder coated.  You can learn more on the benefits of having your panel cut from P/O by following this link. http://www.mysteelagent.com/products/products-Hot_Pickled_Oiled_Steel.php Using P/O steel helps prevent the panel from being warped and twisted out of shape after cutting. Our custom built CNC cutting machine was designed with the focus being on cutting these panels.  It has a water table underneath it which helps keep down the heat as the panel is being cut.  It also has a jet of water spraying just in front of the cutting head and just behind the cutting head to further reduce the build up of heat on the panel.  This again helps the panels stay flat. The price listed is for the panel in the first picture .  It includes the panel cut from 3/16 thick P/O steel plate, black powder coating and free shipping to the lower 48 states.  The free shipping on this panel is limited to a commercial location with a commercial address.  There must be a place where the panel can be easily unloaded.  There is an additional charge of $85 for a residential delivery.  This panel is too large to ship UPS so it has to be shipped through a freight line which charges the $85 for residential delivery. We can custom cut any of our panels to fit your needs.
