We always weigh our mushrooms before packaging, and add a little extra to make sure you get what you pay for. I personally like to take my Morels and fry them in butter, with a touch of garlic and pepper. Let them simmer at a low temperature with a lid on pan till cooked. Great with a streak dinner or meat type of dish. WE VACUUM SEAL ALL OUR DRIED PRODUCTS,, to seal in freshness. NO ZIP LOCK BAGS HERE.
