This boiler is wall hung, fully modulating from 18 mbtu to 80 mbtu, and features all mechanical connections on bottom of unit.  The dimensions of the unit are: 27.5" h by 17.25" w by 12.5" d. This unit is energy star rated with an afue of 92%. This unit does not include a venting kit but can be direct vent sealed combustion with  2" pvc. I work for a Plumbing Distribution company in Massachusetts and we are overstocked on this unit.
