Hood Hop Pellets.  They are from the 2007 Crop.  Inside the box is a vacuum sealed mylar bag of T-90 hop pellets.  These Hops have an Alpha Acid rating of 5.2%.  These are perfect for a homebrew shop, a small brewery or you can portion them out and go into business for yourself!  The bittering and aroma characteristics are appropriate for many styles of beers including Lager, Pilsner, Alt, Wheat and Munich Heles!
