When you receive your cabinet please open the top of the box to throughly inspect the top of your cabinet. You must do this BEFORE you sign the freight bill. If there is visible damage to the box itself, inspect the entire cabinet. If there is any type of damage, it must be written on the freight bill. If this is not done, a claim can not be filed with the carrier and no refunds/replacements will be issued. Once an item has been signed for by the customer, no refunds or replacements can be given.
