Included is an Owners Manual which details the installation steps. This unit fits under the counter sink and needs to attach to the cold water line and the sink drain. For electricity, it is is convenient to use the dishwasher's box. On the GLACIER web site you can download additional PDFs detailing the installation. As I was myself the installer of these systems, I will help you if you have problems with your installation; up to a reasonable point. Please note that because of the low price, this system are being sold as is, with no warranty. However, the system was tested prior to leaving the manufacturer. Since this is basically a boiler and electical relays controlling water valves, the system is not prone to electronic computer like problems. Are you not convinced Distilled Water is the way to go?
