This natural gas pool heater is new and has never been hooked up to natural gas and has never been turned on. It came with a large pool with a house that we purchased. It was not hooked up when we bought the house, and we never hooked it up. It's about 5-7 years old. There is a moderate amount of exterior rust on the bottom of the cage only where it's been sitting on a concrete slab. But there's no sign of damage and all parts are intact. Pick up only. We live in north east Texas. Note: We have just had a question about whether or not we would ship this item. We had set it as a pick up only because it's so big. However, we will be glad to arrange to ship it if the buyer is willing to pay shipping costs. We are in north east Texas. We will have to ship it from a UPS store. The cheapest freight shipping they offer...with them crating it...is approximately $600.00 to both CA and NY. We gave him the actual measurements and went online to find a comparable model to get the weight. The model we used was a little bigger than ours, but it was as close as we could get. So, I'm thinking it probably weighs a little more than ours. We used 225 lbs. as the approximate weight. I'm estimating that $600.00 will be the top end shipping price anywhere in US.
