The IC202W is the worlds first true plug and play MPEG4 IP camera. It is loaded with features yet easy to install. You do not have to worry about DDNS settings and IP mapping as you do with other internet cameras. You have easy access to the camera via the internet with the included Camview software that allows you to control up to 16 cameras. The camera has a built in web server with enhanced MPEG4-compression. The resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. The frame rate is 30 fps (frames per second) in all resolutions. The IC-202W also has a built in microphone for audio monitoring. In addition it can notify you via email when events triggered by video motion detection occur. Online firmware updates are provided free of charge when they become available. In unicast mode you can have up to 4 users simultaneously viewing the camera; in multicast mode you can have unlimited users. SPECIFICATIONS: The IC202/w IP Camera provides both wireless IEEE 802.11 B/G and wired Ethernet network interfaces for flexible installation. It supports the WEP and WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) security modes to provide the best security for wireless networks. The wired network interface is the standard RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT/100 BaseTX. The wireless modes supported are infrastructure and ad-hoc. The included antenna gain is 1.8 dBi. The IC-202W supports the following protocols: web management Userid and Password Protection and video display ID/ Password Protection in all modes. Wireless mode supports WiFi; WEP; and WPA security mode. The hardware requirements are a Pentium 4 Cpu; 1.0 GHz or higher or AMD equivalent running Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or above and Framework 2.0; 256 MB RAM; and 100 MB of hard drive space. The viewing angle for the lens is 63 degrees with a light sensitivity is 1 lux. The camera is powered by the included DC 5v 1A power supply. It measures in at 4.92 inches x 2.95 inches x 1.38 inches excluding the bracket. The camera weighs 0.6 pounds (including the bracket but not the adapter).
