This is one unbelievable deal we have here!  The owner must sell this equipment!   His loss is your gain!  Don't let this one slip by you!  This is for local pick up only, we will not ship!  This Power Trac has very low miles on it and normal wear.  There is no damage to anything as this has been well cared for inside and out! Includes (actual photos of equipment): Owner has over 13,000 invested with all of the attachments!  What a steal of a deal! 48 inch materials bucket - 10 cubic foot capacity 14 inch hydraulic 5 foot auger 4 foot - 4 way power angle dozer blade Front mounted forks with 800 lb lift capacity 48 inch hydraulically driven tiller with tilt and depth adjustments on main control panel Towing adapter - great for moving utility and car or boat trailers around in tight spots. All of the attachments are quick attach and can be put on without even getting off of the machine!  Also features a light kit with headlights, taillights and emergency flashers that installed here.  Owner also installed a battery disconnect switch in the rear of engine and also a 12 volt connector for pulling additional power attachments like a sprayer tank (not included).  Owner also installed console switches to be able to operate rear attachments from operators seat!  It doesn't get any simpler and CHEAPER than this folks!  Power Trac has a 5 gallon gas tank.  All attachments are hydraulic and it's 4 wheel hydro static drive like a bob cat and it's powered by a 22 hp. Robin engine with about 389 hours on it. Plugs and Oil filter changed less than 50 hours back.  The tractor is an "H" class but called PT-422.  "H" refers to "Homeowner." Owner will also include a box of oil, air, fuel and hydraulic filters and clamps.  Machine runs great and is the most versatile and simple to use machine you will ever own.  It has been handled with kid gloves, stored in a controlled environment and out of the weather. There are also an additional 40 attachments available through Power Trac!    Right fork is bent up about 1-1/2 inches higher than the left.  You can see it if you look close in the above photo.  It doesn't affect any lifts though.  No seat wear or other damages and all the lights work.  There are a couple small scratches in the paint between the front half and rear half below the seat on the sides.    We will accept a money order or check but we must wait until the check clears your bank as well as our bank.  Cash at pick up is also welcome.  No paypal on this transaction.     Summary of My Selling Policies Payment METHODS ACCEPTED: Cash, Money Order and Checks.  Payment is due within 7 days following the auction closing.
