Ventless Fireplace' Description Up for sale is a extremely nice and heavy ventless gas fireplace. This was bought about 3 years ago and put in our basement and never hooked up. This was working when we got it from a lady remodeling her house. She no longer wanted it in her living room. This is a: Readybuilt Model # 348-STS. Concrete cast stone unit. Casted to look like brick. Multi-colored as shown in pics. Mantle and hearth seperate from the unit. Mantle is wood and hearth is also cast stone.  Dimensions are: Heigth 4 feet with mantle, 4 feet 1 inch wide and 12" deep. Hearth heigth is 6 1/2" and 8 1/2" deep. The log opening is 30" X 26 1/2" X 10" deep. This has a manufacturer sticker on it that dates: 01-11-1994. This weighs roughly around 400 lbs. Readybuilt Model # 30-OSR Gas log. An unvented fireplace heater equipped with an oxygen depletion safety shut-off system. Can use natural gas or L.P. gas. BTU's for Nat. or L.P. is 22,000. Maximum inlet gas supply pressure for Nat.- 7.0 in W.C., for L.P. 14.0 in W.C. Maximum inlet gas supply pressure for Nat.- 6.0 in W.C., for L.P. 11.0 in W.C. This was in excellent condition when we got it. So having never used it, it still is in great condition.  This is a very heavy unit so I am posting this as pick-up only or we could possibly deliver within a 90 mile radius of Battle Creek, Michigan for $1.00 a mile round trip, calculated with mapquest from our home to yours. Added Sept. 08, 2008: We were able to get this carried out of our basement this weekend so it's ready to go. Also after we got it set in the garage and in better light we did notice a couple of chips off the very bottom of the fireplace in the front but when you put the hearth in front you don't even notice they are there.
