Each piece is finished with 3 1/2 - 4" flanged hems with hemstitch detail.  The duvet cover has a hidden button closure. The shams have an envelope type enclosure.  The fabric has a beautiful sheen and a wonderful "hand." I don't always favor the feeling of jacquard bedding, but these are luxuriously thin, they drape beautifully, and are a treat to touch.  This floral is also not overtly feminine.
