This stunning dining table from a bookmatched pair of extraordinarily figured two inch thick huge Black Walnut planks seats ten in comfort with room for a full set of serving dishes down the middle. 7'3"L X 50"W X 30"H, the massive 2" thick Black Walnut natural edge legs afford sturdy support with unobstructed leg room. The two matched planks and any natural cracks, are joined with inlaid butterflies of rare Curly Cherry for the two prominent butterflies, and low key black Bolivian Rosewood for the others, and the dramatic organic curvature of the inner edges of the Black Walnut planks on the top is preserved and accented with a meticulous inlay of the same rare Curly Cherry used in the butterflies.Several photographs of the under table structural details are included, including the massive double purpleheart battens. . For an additional charge, two twenty inch end leaf extensions may be added to increase seating capacity to sixteen.
