The kids are grown and he is retiring. It is in excellent condition. It is made from treated lumber, has roofing shingles, double paned glass on 2 sides, reflectors and a built in bench. It can be painted or stained. He left it stained. Just in time for the cold school season. Your children will be protected from the weather, and still be able to see the bus coming. No more dashing out of the house in inclimate weather. They can be all toasty and warm while waiting. What you can't see are the 2 - 4X4 treated postes that run the length of the shelter underneath. They are pinned into the ground by steel stakes to anchor it. This is to prevent the shelter from being toppled over by strong winds. Sorry, flowers are not included!
