Description 2 Simplicity Tractors. 1960's Landlord 101, 44" Mower Deck,33" Tiller,Snowblower & WEEDEATER. I bought this ractor 18 years ago with blown motor,EVERYTHING inside motor was replace except crank and valves.Has been great workhorse,starts all the time. I was giving WEEDEATER, this needs belts but works great will take down 1.5 inch trees no problem great for tall grass and srubs. Tiller works good hasn't been used in years,I have a 2nd tiller that may fit 3314h tractor? Mower deck goes on both tractors, I use on 3314h.  1975? 3314h   Motor was rebuilt,crank, piston, rod,  I should have done rings and valves, smokes,transmisson leaks, axle seals. Works, and is strong. I have extra parts, 2 old mower deaks and trans for 101. Looking to clean out garage sell as pair or seperate if need be.
