This is top of the line sectional. It has great craftmanship. It is new but to big for our room.We just got it on Tuesday! The sofa retails for more than 23,000.00 but we are selling for 11,000.00. Please e-mail me with any questions or if you wnat to see more pictures!          5/4" thick kiln-dried selected hardwoods provide a strong, solid foundation.                              Frames are double doweled, glued, screwed and secured with corner blocks reinforcing the joints where the greatest stress occurs. They also have built-in legs - another quality feature.                              Characteristics of fine quality furniture, we use eight-way hand-tied coil springs that are interlaced by hand in 8 directions with a quality polyester twine and stationed on a solid polypropylene base - reinforced in two directions with steel bands. Each piece of furniture has up to 4 different sizes and gauges of coil springs. Tall firm coils are used on all the outside perimeters of the seat to provide support. Shorter springier coils are placed in the center for softness. Lip-coils are used along the front row to give each piece a soft spring edge construction.                              We use pre-cut firm edge roll for added comfort.                              A one-inch polyester seat deck pad is used for our spring base to insure comfort and smoothness.                              STANDARD SEAT CUSHIONING Prestige - A high-resiliency polyurethane foam, round front wrapped with 2oz. of Dacron polyester fiber for both looks and comfort. This foam offers a soft surface feel that conforms to the body but has deep firm support. Prestige meets California Flammability Code #117 as a standard feature and also is guaranteed to hold its shape and comfort for the "life" of the furniture. Prestige is poured environmentally safe.  Optional cushions include: Posh Down - A down-proof ticking filled with a combination of waterfowl down, waterfowl features, and polyester fiber. Very reminiscent of the "down cushion" of yesteryear. Spring/Blend Down - A "marshall" spring unit covered with polyurethane foam. Unit is wrapped with UFAC approved down-proof ticking sewn into channels filled with a 50/50 combination of polyesther fiber and prime waterfowl down and waterfowl feathers.                              Sinuous wire springs are used in the backs to give extra resilience. We also use tie wire and clips to keep the springs in place.                              We use polyurethane and high grade polyester batting to shape arms and where applicable to outside frame parts for added protection.                              BACK PILLOWS Elite- Made of #7 denier conjugated polyester fiber. Back cushions meet UFAC II and California Spec 117 requirements as a standard feature. Fibers are naturally non-absorbent and resist matting, clumping and mildew. They are odorless, lint-free and non-allergenic. All fibers are blown into channel-sewn backs of 1.5 oz. accord ticking. These channels help maintain the proper proportion of the back filling.  Optional cushions include: Posh Down - A combination of waterfowl down, waterfowl features, and polyester fiber.
