It has been under a covered patio all winter. Then moved out under the canopy at the beginning of summer.  It has never been out in the direct sun or weather. It's still in great shape. No rips, tears or stains.  It plugs into a 110v outlet. Our SCE bill only went up about 40 bucks.  It's hot all the time, so when your ready, it's ready. No waiting for it to get hot.  We still have some of the treatments for it. I have a picure of them, so you will know what to use. There are also two pillows included that you fill with sand and water to use as seats.  It's very lite so you can easily move it and it will fit through a door so you can put into the house.The man that delivered it to us said he has had his in the house for years and has had no trouble with mold or anything.     There are locking straps for the spa lid so if you have anyone you don't want getting into it, it can be locked!  We got the Spa from I'Deal Spas.
