Take it to any Stihl dealer and repair shop and they will fix it for free for you if it wasent abuse. You will get the warrenty card and the recipie for this to prove its urs tot he dealer. It also comes with the tool that came with it and 2 brand new chains, They costed me 25 dollars each. Also enough 2 cycle oil for 4 gallons of gas.
