In addition, the type of equipment used to handle these delicate and heavy items a specifically designed for the task, which greatly increases the cost of delivery. Fortunately for our customers, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING/FREIGHT on all items to addresses in the lower 48 US states. This is significant since the price to ship an oven or refrigerator can cost hundreds of dollars. Still, freight shipping is very different than regular shipping and doesn’t include delivery to your home or installation. Locations like Alaska, HI, any of the Florida Keys and addresses in Canada are excluded from free shipping/freight. Items deemed too large, heavy, fragile, or expensive to ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS will be sent via freight.
