These mats and controls were generously donated by a local home improvement company to benefit Habitat for Humanity North Shore of Massachusetts. They are being auctioned because they won’t be needed at the current Habitat site which is under construction. Although these mats are brand new, the original boxes they are in are water damaged from being on the site and have been be re-boxed for shipping. Value of this lot of mats and controls purchased new is close to 6,000 dollars. Take note there are 4 controllers listed with this auction.
