This pillow is made with the new, softer formulated TEMPUR® material  to provide a slightly softer, but still very supportive pillow to fit any sleeping position. One side is gently arched which provides additional head and neck support for back sleepers while the other side has a more traditional pillow feel and works well for side sleepers. The soft, luxurious cover is resistant to allergens and mites and removable for washing. IF YOU DON'T NEED THE PILLOW LET ME KNOW AND I WILL DEDUCT $50 FROM PRICE   Mattress topper is a  TWIN XL (39 x 80 college dorm size)  Memory foam mattress pads start at 1" pads and go all the way up to 3".  Anything less than 3" is a waste of your money.  It will not be deep enough for your body to shape into.  Tempur-pedic® overlays are all 3" deep and have a 5lb density rating.  Also THIS OVERLAY DOES NOT come with a cover.  There is an important reason for this.  Using just the memory foam topper pad without a cover on your mattress helps the pad stay in place better on your mattress. This is because the memory foam has a slightly tacky feel that helps keep the topper pad from sliding around on the typical slick, shiny mattress coverings.  You will need sheets that have extra deep pockets to cover over both the topper and the mattress.   Why are your toppers so much less expensive than the ones on the Tempur-pedic® web site? Medical offices are able to obtain  mattress overlays and pillows at a greatly reduced cost.  It is unbelievable how much these are marked up on retail sites.  We are simply passing the savings along to patients and buyers. The topper is made by a medical supply company for doctor's offices only.
