Description
(Click on the images above for larger views) Re-Use Your K-Cups If you love the Keurig Coffee system, and .... If you are tired of paying $.30 to $.50 per cup of coffee (using K-Cups), If you are tired of paying $14 per reusable K-Cup and not having enough of them pre-made, ...then this is the deal for you! Turn your used K-Cups into reusable K-Cups. The Kuerig standard approach involves the purchase of K-Cups with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. The K-Cups make excellent coffee. But they each cost anywhere from $.25 to $.50 per cup depending on the quantity and where you purchase them. If you like to drink coffee like me, this can add up to quite a bill really quickly. So you say, why not get a reusable K-Cup. Good idea. But there are a few problems with the system Keurig wants you to use. First the reusable K-Cups cost $14 and up. If you want 10 of them, that is $140 just for the reusable cups. Second, the cup does not produce as good of a cup of coffee as the K-Cup itself. The designs are different and the water flows out the sides of the filter rather than down through the coffee (take a look at it closely). Third, the design is big, bulky, and hard to store. If you have already have a turnstile for K-Cups, you can not store these there. The Kap allows you to recycle your K-Cups. Fill them with your favorite coffee or tea. And use them many times before they have to be thrown out for good. That lowers your cost for each cup of brew and also give you better brews each time. What do you get? You get detailed instructions on how to reuse your K-Cup, You get a special plug allowing you to refill your K-Cups, You get a guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can send it back and we will refund your money. If you re-use each K-Cup 10 times, do the math. That is less than $.10 per cup of your favorite brew. I make this customized plug. It was not designed or manufactured by Keurig. It is not endorsed by Kuerig for use in either the K-Cup or Keurig Brewer. Also please note that it is not for use with ESE PODS. Questions and Answers: Q: How many times can I re-use my K-Cup? A: As many times as you are comfortable with. I have used mine 10-20 times. The paper filter in these cups is very durable. Wash it out every time and you will get many uses out of a K-Cup. Q: How many times can I re-use the Kap? A: Forever. This Kap is made of extremely strong plastic. Keep it clean and re-use it forever. Q: How much coffee should I put in the cup? A: One teaspoon is about right. Make sure you use a fine grind. This is one of the advantages of this system. You can save on the amount of coffee you use per cup. Q: Any other differences / things I should know? A: You may have to hold the Keurig handle down while it makes coffee. This is to ensure that there is a firm pressure on the K-Cup and that it does not leak. The Kap is Patent Pending, March, 2008 The Kap and all associated materiel is Copyright 2008 Item number: BB.24050.1.RKCupSpecial2
