It includes 2 nearly indestructible 4000 pumps, the DualCom charging and control system, 2 fully adjustable automatic sensors, 2 battery boxes, and owners manual and hydrometer. The pumps will remove over 4000 GPH at a 10' lift on battery power, and an amazing 5600 GPH with A/C power. (FYI, our capacity ratings are ACTUAL capacities, not the inflated lies you will see on smaller, cheaper systems!) And, running at only 11 amps, each pump can run NONSTOP for about 7 hours per battery. That's approximately 70 hours with a 1 minute per 10 minutes cycle time!!! But I'll summarize some main points: Testing and Notification. Why do so many systems fail? Because the homeowner doesn't know it broke! Every 12 hours the Protector DualCom will run through its testing. There are dozens of tests that must pass and 27 different conditions that can trigger an alert. If anything fails, an alert status is started. With other systems, it might beep or flash a light at you. The Protector DualCom will do that AND then dial into our server, exchange data with our server which will look up your information and phone and email you the exact alert you need to know about. There is a LOT more information regarding testing and notification online. Pumps. Yes, this is a DUAL pump system. 1 backs up the other OR both can run at the same time when necessary. The pumps are 2 of our 4000 model motors, achieving the highest capacity of any system on the market while drawing less power (meaning your batteries will last longer) than systems with a fraction of the capacity. Controller. The code-based controller is the center of the system, with a full digital display, audible alarms, jacks, ports, switches, and buttons. It will act as a power supply when household current is on, a charger after the batteries have been discharged, and a testing and monitoring system at all times. Batteries. Choose between a number of battery sizes and technologies. I can't emphasize enough how many amazing features this system has that you should read about in the owners manual. I'll give you 2 examples: 1. During a power outage, the system will calculate how many hours of running time remain based on the current cycling conditions. The number of hours remaining is visible on the digital display and when time gets short you will be called and emailed! 2. If the discharge pipe becomes clogged or frozen, you will get a call and email!
