The Milano patio umbrella has extra supportive thick, strong polyethylene center hub walls which offer maximum strength where the canopy connects with the umbrella frame. The Milano patio umbrella has a patented 360 degree foot pedal rotating device made with stainless steel bearings. It has 12 preset locking positions for 360 degree coverage. The 360 degree foot pedal rotating base has a braking mechanism which locks the umbrella base into multipe positions.
