It includes the attached swings including the four seater wooden swing. I am selling this because my kids have grew out of it. I originally bought this for $6000.00. On the four seater swing a part of the heart design was broken as seen in the picture. Also a piece of wood above the sled needs to be nailed back in. On the inside the ladder is missing on the bottom but could probally easily be fixed. A few years ago we stained it but it probally has to be restained again. It has the monkey bars going across along with the two benches on the lower level. It has a latter on the back attached to the second level. On the second level there is a small latter which goes up to the third level. The blue slide is attached to the second level along with the exit to the monkey bars. It has full moon and quater moon shaped peep holes on all levels. The wood is in fairly good condition. This item is for local pick up only and you must have a way to take it out of my back yard. There are no fences in my backyard and a tow truck of pickup truck could be driven right next to it. You are responsible for disassambling it for moving.
