I have owners manual and parts manual that I down loaded from the internet. I also ordered a new filter and pre-filter. My father used this Tiller for 10 seasons and only put about 200 hours on the engine. I have cleaned the rust off the battery holder and painted. It's looking brand new. This tiller was made in 1993 model #12059. They don't make them with electric start anymore. So this could be considered a functional collectable. This is indeed the work horse of Tillers. The engine is the 8 HP Kohler Magnum. All bearings have been kept greased. The tines are in great shape and still have original paint on them. I will not relist this item after this auction is up.  ***************Update******************** I have put a new drive belt on and the new filter and pre-filter.
