Good solid instructions 2 galvanized mounting screws 2.5" long. Just real good strong design that is proven to work. Details:  A design I made to increase the bat population. Ledge at top of house lets bats rear their pups. 3/4 inch chambers frustrate paper wasps, ideal for bats. Made of rough cedar. All nails and screws are galvanized for lasting protection. Internal chamber walls are set in dados (channels)- then toe nailed for strength, box remains square over its lifetime. No mesh used!  Inside is rough cedar.  Understand that mesh will trap and kill bats as urine degrades it over time. Roof pitched for runoff and caulked. Mounting post included, as are screws and instruction sheets.
