This plan comes with a slab-on-grade foundation, but we can modify the plan to any foundation you choose for an extra charge.  The Veronica plan has been designed to conform to the new wind codes for the Gulf Coast since Hurricane Katrina.  This plan specifically is designed to 120-mph wind codes and 2006 International Residential Code (IRC).  The plans are complete and permit-ready with all necessary construction drawings and details required to build.  This set does NOT include a materials list.
