It has a built in 360 degree rotation. No pipes to figure out, no holding devices, or other mounting problems. The rotator has 2 " U" blots that clamp around a 2" pipe. This will alow you to run your wires down the center of your pipe, so there is no unsightly wires in the elements.      The motor is a perminate magnet. This will deliver plenty of power to charge batteries, and power your power inverter. THIS MAY BE HOOKED DIRECTLY TO A GRID TIE INVERTER! IF YOU USE A GRID TIE, MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE A 2400 WATT OR GREATER INVERTER TO HANDLE THE POWER. This AirBird comes with a slip ring set, this keeps the wires from getting spun around as your wind generator turns. The wires have quick connect female vacco connectors for quick hook up.      The body is strong and durable pvc resin, and the structure is 1" box steel, primed and painted with automobile paint for a long lasting finish. The tail is steel with angle bends so your generator will turn into the wind sooner than most. The nose is 1\4" pvc resin for many years of use.
