Painting process: Acid Wash, Zinc galvanized , black primer and full finish - it protects your door for at least 20 years anti-corrosion. The doors are made with 11 to 14 gauge iron - your door will last its lifetime. Door thickness is 2.00" Each door has a window panel that opens independently from the door for cleaning and ventilation, and it is weather sealed to keep water out. The sill of the window pane is sloped down - another measure to keep water out.  Doors are insulated with polyurethane foam for maximum insulation. Your doors come with vinyl-clad heavy duty weather stripping around the door and foam weather stripping around the window panel for tight weather seal and maximum insulation.
