DALLAS TEXAS' Description You are bidding on a brand new 8ftH X 6ftW  double entry Iron door (see included CAD drawing). The door is made of 12 gauge heavy iron. The smaller the gauge, the heavier and better quality the door. That is what sets my doors apart. I use only the best materials. This door weighs appx 1100 pounds and is insulated with polyurethane foam and is sealed with our Q-lon iron-clad weather stripping, not the glue on foam weather stripping. The door has double operable glass panels (included) which open from the inside for ventilation and cleaning. The glass is clear, Low E, tempered and insulated. YES, the glass is included in the price! The door comes professionally crated already in a frame/jam ready for installation. I do not charge a crating fee. The hinges are decorative heavy duty ball bearing hinge (see photo). The threshold is custom fabricated then painted and welded to the door. Locksets are not included but the door is bored for standard 5-1/2" x 2-3/4" x 2-1/8" lockset. The color is iron rub bronze (copper patina) as seen in the production photos. My doors undergo an 8 step painting process which include a hot red zinc galvenization process to prevent rust and 6 coats of  the highest quality Nippon Industrial paint then baked in a high heat oven for 8 hours to ensure a long lasting door. This door retails for $7000!
